Cal. 30-40 Krag. S# 175339. Bbl. 30". M1901 rear sight graduated to 2000yds. Blade front sight. No handguard, front sling swivel or stacking hook present. Walnut stock w/ faded 1899 dated inspector's cartouche & circle "P" firing proof. Rear sling swivel is present. CONDITION: lightly sanded stock shows some dings & handling marks. Bbl. shows a fading arsenal blue finish w/ scattered light oxidation. Balance of metal is a dull gray patina w/ scattered oxidation. Poor bore w/ scattered spots of heavy pitting. (22-4446/MJC).
